Harold Camping - Admits he was wrong about 21 May. Says the Rapture was “spiritual” instead of “physical”. Says that Jesus will come and destroy the world all at once on 21 October 2011, because he wubs uz so wery much.

Harold Camping speaks on May 22 2011
“…No interviews… Give me a day… This is…. a big deal and I’ve got to think it out…”
He comes across as being genuinely deluded and quite sweet. Will he apologise? I fear not.

This interview from RockTalk Radio features Bob Donoghue, who claims to have known Harold Camping and his family for over 25 years.
Bob says:
- He spoke to Harold Camping on the morning of 22 May 2011
- Harold Camping is “not a false prophet”
- He has donated $800,000 of his own money to Harold Camping
- The money spent advertising the 21 May date was “well spent”
- The Rapture did not occur on 21 May because “not enough people were warned”
- “We need to get as many people as possible to dontate to Family Radio to spread the word”
- Harold Camping is waiting for further guidance from the Lord on when the Rapture will occur
Assuming this is all for real, we can safely say that Bob Donoghue and Harold Camping are batshit crazy.

May 21, 2011: A Family Radio supporter shouted expletives at the Alameda home of Harold Camping on Saturday, May 21st. Camping had predicted the rapture would strike on Saturday.
